During the cold season it is very important to drink a lot and to consume as much Vitamin C as we can, this is why fruit juices are our best allies during winter. Blood oranges and pomegranate are my favorites and combined they are more than delicious .
Preparing a smoothie is not a big deal especially if you have your favorite ingredents, this is why I will leave you the recipe not without mentioning that the pomegranates are antioxidant richer than green tea containing lots of vitamins too.

- - 2 oranges
- - 1 pomegranate
- - 1 teaspoon of honey
- - 120 ml low fat yogurt
- - Add the pomegranate seeds, orange, honey and yogurt to a blender.
- - Cover and blend until puree.
- - Serve immediately.

Diana, pare delicios smoothie-ul, insa am o intrebare.
