Did someone say “mushrooms”? Oh, yes! I remember hearing the other days someone talking about mushrooms. And now I remember that the one who made me wish to eat mushrooms was Magda @ Cat’s Kitchen, the host of Provocării Dulce Românie this month. Seeing the ingredients she proposed I couldn’t miss this event
I love mushrooms and they alwayd bring sweet memories: hiking in the mountains, mushrooming with my dad. wonderful forest in the northern Moldavia, excitement and satisfaction when finding one that was hinding shy under the wet leaves after a summer rain, fresh air, childhood.
But this time I dind’t go so far: just went to the market and I am talking just about the brown champignon.
I will propose you a simple recipe, very delicious though. And if you like pasta, even better
Ingredients:
- 160g fresh pasta ( tagliatelle)
- 80g Philadelphia light
- 10 brown mushrooms
- parsley
- 50ml white wine dry
- 3 gloves garlic
- oil olive
- pepper
Instructions:
Put water to boil with sea salt.
Clean mushrooms, wash thehm and cut them into slices. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the garlic cloves. When itbecomes nearly translucid add the sliced mushrooms , some salt and sauté them. When they start to become brown add some wine and let the alchohol evaporate. Add Philadelphia cheese and some wine and stir well over low heat until you obtain a creamy sauce. If it thickens you can add some boiling water.
Drain the pasta and add it to the mushroom sauce. Shake the pan and add the chopped parsley. Serve with parmesan and freshly ground pepper.
