“There was a Young Lady of Greenwich,
Whose garments were border’d with Spinach;
But a large spotty Calf,

Which alarmed that Young Lady of Greenwich.” (Edward Lear )
Ingredients:
- baby spinach -qb
- 10 baby potatoes
- 2 eggs
- shaved parmesan
- 3tbs greek yogurt
- 2tbs olive oil (evo)
- Persian blu salt
- peppercorn
- 1ts Dijon mustard
- 1/2 lime juice
Instructions:
- Wash the potatoes and place them into a large pan with salted water and bring to boil. Drain, run under cold water to cool and cut them in quarters
- Wash and drain the baby spinach leaves
- Boil the eggs ( 4′) and peel them
- In a bowl whisk together the yogurt with the mustard, oil, lime juice, salt and pepper
Prepare two large plates and place the baby spinach leaves on. Add the potatoes, an egg and parmesan flakes. Season with the yogurt dressing. Add some fresh ground pepper for extra flavor.

Exact asa a evoluat si relatia mea cu spanacul. Abia astept sa-l am in farfurie impreuna cu alte minunatii proaspete. Pupic!
