Galbiori….o singura data i-am cules eu cu manuta mea ( impreuna cu niste prieteni buni cunoscatori ai ciupercilor de padure )…acum multi ani in Apuseni. Era o zi ploioasa…toata padurea mustea de apa. Au o aroma de vis! Tarta ta arata minunat! O saptamana frumoasa iti dorim!
Multumesc S&B. Ce frumos!!! La cules ciuperci! Offf ce mi-e dor de vremurile acelea. Si ce satisfactie ai cand ii gasesti ascunsi printre frunze, la tulpinile copacilor. Sa nu mai spun cum e cand gatesti ceva cu ciuperci pe care le-ai cules tu. O saptamana minunata si voua.
Suuuuuuuuuper tarta! Am o rugaminte: imi spui si mie ce este “straciatella”? Am cautat pe net si am gasit mai multe variante.
Luminita, stracciatella este o branza cremoasa proaspata care contine bucati de mozzarella si smantana. Intr-adevar termenul stracciatella denumeste mai multe chestii. In cazul in care nu gasesti poti face tarta doar cu crema de branza si eventual poti adauga o lingura de smantana sa o faci mai cremoasa.
